Wedding on Film.

I have no idea why it has taken me so long to process this last roll of film from last time I was back on the farm, which was 2 years ago when my little sister was getting married. I did all of the photography on the day (you can see more here) and had totally forgotten that I shot a few black and white shots at her request.

I really love these photographs. Both of my Grans ironing sheets for the tables down at the fire brigade, a stack of wood waiting to be burnt down for the hangi. Token parents with the couple in front of the barn shot. And my sister and her new husband, looking beautiful. I do wish I had taken more photos on film, I love the digital shots I took I'm so much happier with these.

    Aww, these are beautiful. I seem to have kind of given up on digital at the mo. Film is just so emotive. I love the surprises too. x
