Freshly squeeze blood oranges with a pinch of grated fresh ginger.
Oats, quinoa flakes, a sneaky bit of alpen covered in almond milk, blueberry yoghurt & chia seeds.
Winter sunshine, watching squirrels fall out of trees.

  1. Pancakes! Or cheese on toast with poached eggs (and an espresso or black coffee). It always helped me through the long winters in Norway! Lovely blog btw!
