I plan to do a LOT of sitting in deck chairs reading when I'm on the farm in New Zealand to make up for this pathetic attempt at a months worth of reading. I really found World War Z a struggle. Parts were genius, but too short. I felt like I was just getting into it and then that chapter would end, and the next would be a bit dull. Cities of the Plain was good - but not as good as The Crossing / All the Pretty Horses, both of which I loved with all of my heart.
