Make it Through the Dark Tip #1

Winter is coming and I've got some of my favourite tricks to make it through the endless dark of London to share.

#1 - Garlic Soup. Garlic is good for you, soup is warm.

Peel and cube potatoes / roughly crush and peel lots and lots of garlic / fry copped onions in pan with garlic / add potatoes / add vege stock / handful of sage / season / simmer until potatoes are soft / add milk & a wadge of butter*/  blend / serve with fresh buttered bread & lots of salt & pepper (alternatives: grated cheddar, paprika).

*technical term.
