If you follow me on Instagram you probably unfollowed me over the weekend while I spammed you from the decks of the
RRS Discovery, the ship that took Captain Scott to Antarctica on his first trip in 1901. I apologise. It was a pretty huge deal for me and such a wonderful thing to be standing on her decks.
The ship is in dock at Discovery Point in Dundee and its well worth a trip. There is something special about the smell and feel of a big old wooden boat. I fell a bit in love. Sorry for the iPhone photos. I took some on film which will follow eventually...
