little tears.

This time last week my tiny rabbit Charlie Munchers was very sick and in hospital, where later he sadly died.

A lot of people have been very lovely about this, because everyone who met Charlie knows  how magnificent and special he was. He was the only constant in my life for 5 years, came with me through various house moves and other things life throws at you that are rubbish when your family lives on the other side of the world. He was my little white fluffy family.

There is a big hole where the Munchers once sat eating carrot tops and getting hay stuck in his mouth to make me laugh when I was sad, doing bunny flops on my feet in that half an hour before bed while I read my book and he had a wash. Every night, for almost 5 years.

  3. I'm sorry for your loss. I know how hard it is to lose a pet, mine are like children, I don't know what I will do when they grow old.

  6. I'm so sorry about your bun bun. I am a mini lop owner too. They are fluffy little heart breakers aren't they? Mine was in hospital last week too because his tummy stopped working. Such tiny troublesome little things. x

    1. Oh! Hugs to your rabs. Charlies tummy stopped working as well, but it turned out he had underlying other issues as well which complicated things and it was too much for his little soul. Sadness. Mini lops are little heartbreakers for sure!
